Reseller questions
- No. You are only charged when you actually place an order, and it comes out of your prepaid balance at reseller pricing. Nothing sits unsold.
- On a hosted store your customer pays us the retail price you set; we keep our cost price and credit the difference to your balance the moment the order is delivered. With the API you buy at cost and charge your own customers directly, so the margin is yours from the start.
- The API returns an out-of-stock response with the quantity still available, so your shop can react before taking the customer's money. Hosted stores hide sold-out products automatically.
- Yes. Point a CNAME record at your store address and we will serve it. Your customers never see our branding.
