These terms govern your use of Cheepr and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Cheepr is a retailer of digital products. Contact us at support@cheepr.cc.

What we sell

We sell digital products delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product description explains what you receive; where an item is issued individually, it is issued to exactly one customer and is not reissued.

Your account

• •You must give a valid email address. Your purchase is sent there, and we are not responsible for details sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
• •You are responsible for keeping your password and any delivered credentials secure.
• •One person, one account. Accounts created to abuse promotions, referral codes or loyalty points may be closed.

Orders and payment

• •Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise.
• •An order is accepted once payment clears. Until then no product is reserved for you.
• •Delivery happens automatically on payment. Card payments clear in seconds; cryptocurrency payments clear once confirmed on-chain.
• •If a product sells out between you adding it to your cart and paying, your order is rejected and you are not charged.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, share or publish anything delivered to you unless you are on an active reseller plan. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, its payment processing, or other customers' accounts.

Affiliate, loyalty and reseller programmes

• •Affiliate commission and loyalty points are credited as store credit and points respectively. Neither is redeemable for cash.
• •Using your own affiliate code on your own order is not permitted.
• •We may adjust or withdraw commission and points obtained through fraud, chargebacks or abuse.
• •Reseller plans are described separately on the reseller page and are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Availability

We try to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw products at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Cheepr is established, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
